This simple dinner is perfect as leftovers for lunch too.

Chicken and Rice with Broccoli

  • 3 oz chicken (size of a deck of cards) ­ frozen or rotisserie

    1 cup frozen brown rice

    1 cup steamed broccoli

    Head Country Original BBQ sauce (or your favorite)

    1 cup raspberries

    1. Microwave broccoli according to directions on bag.
    2. Microwave rice according to directions on bag.
    3. Chop broccoli into smaller pieces. Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
